We guarantee your complete satisfaction by offering Store Credit, Replacement, or Refund on all your purchases. The terms and conditions for refunds are as follows:
- Please first contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-800-313-7839 to state your return reason. We highly recommend our customers to contact us first before sending the products back. We can always find an alternative to resolve your issue before proceed with the returns process.
- Store Credit, Replacement, or Refund will only be issued within 30 days from the date of shipping.
- Store Credit, Replacement, or Refund can only be issued when all returned products are received in new and undamaged form.
- Full refund will only be issued when the initial shipment is lost or damaged beyond repair. Please keep in mind that we ship all our goods with a tracking identification from our carriers. Non-Delivery of shipments from us will have to be confirmed by the carrier used before we can offer a full refund. In case the shipment were damaged, we request you to ship the items back to us if you would like a Store Credit, Replacement, or Refund in such case.
- Returned shipment must contain original packing slip or a printout of the emailed invoice. This is used to identify returned item received match the original purchase.
- Buyer must pay for return shipping costs. Tracking of the returned shipment is highly recommended. We will not be responsible for lost return shipment.
